This website
We have not added advertising trackers, newsletter signup or artwork uploads to this website. The site is hosted on our server and uses Cloudflare to serve and protect requests. These services process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, our self-hosted Umami service measures page visits, referring websites, basic browser/device information and purchase-button clicks. It does not record sessions, identify you by name or email, or track artwork, card details or activity inside your WooCommerce store. Purchase-button clicks are not confirmed sales.
We send only known page paths, referring origins and predefined campaign labels; other query parameters and URL fragments are removed. Analytics requests necessarily expose an IP address to our server and Cloudflare; Umami uses technical request data for aggregate visitor statistics. We store your choice in this browser’s local storage, not an analytics cookie. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional analytics. You can withdraw permission using Analytics preferences below. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not erase previously aggregated statistics.
Purchase buttons take you to Lemon Squeezy’s hosted checkout. We do not collect card details on this website. Lemon Squeezy processes checkout, billing and order information under its privacy policy. We can access order information needed for delivery, support and refunds, such as your name, purchase email and order number.
Support correspondence
If you email us, our mail services process your address, message and any attachments so we can reply. Send only the details needed to resolve your request, not customer artwork or credentials. We use order and support records for service, refunds and required business records. Contact [email protected] for access or deletion requests; records subject to mandatory retention may need to be retained.
The WooCommerce plugin
ProofFlow runs in the merchant’s WordPress installation. It does not send proof files or workflow data to the ProofFlow developer.
It stores proof files in protected storage, plus filenames, storage keys, customer notes, workflow states, user IDs and timestamps alongside the WooCommerce order. Storage verification and notification receipt information are also stored on the merchant’s site.
Notifications
Email notifications direct the recipient to sign in and open the relevant order. Proof files, direct storage links and customer change notes are not included in those emails. Your WordPress mail provider handles delivery.
Retention and removal
Permanently deleting an order removes its attached ProofFlow files. Uninstalling the plugin retains files and metadata to avoid accidental data loss. Backups, CDN caches and external copies may require separate removal.
Version 0.1 does not include a dedicated WordPress personal-data exporter or eraser. Merchants manage requests through their WooCommerce order-management process and set their own privacy notices, access controls, retention and backup policies.
