This website
We have not added advertising trackers, optional analytics, newsletter signup, payment forms or artwork uploads to this website. The hosting platform processes requests and technical data needed to serve and protect the site.
Before sales open, this notice will be updated with the seller identity, privacy contact and the payment provider’s data handling. No payment is currently collected here.
The WooCommerce plugin
ProofFlow runs in the merchant’s WordPress installation. It does not send proof files or workflow data to the ProofFlow developer.
It stores proof files in protected storage, plus filenames, storage keys, customer notes, workflow states, user IDs and timestamps alongside the WooCommerce order. Storage verification and notification receipt information are also stored on the merchant’s site.
Notifications
Email notifications direct the recipient to sign in and open the relevant order. Proof files, direct storage links and customer change notes are not included in those emails. Your WordPress mail provider handles delivery.
Retention and removal
Permanently deleting an order removes its attached ProofFlow files. Uninstalling the plugin retains files and metadata to avoid accidental data loss. Backups, CDN caches and external copies may require separate removal.
Version 0.1 does not include a dedicated WordPress personal-data exporter or eraser. Merchants manage requests through their WooCommerce order-management process and set their own privacy notices, access controls, retention and backup policies.
