What support will cover
The founding offer is planned to include 12 months of email support for one store: installation, listed compatibility versions, proof upload, customer decisions, protected downloads and storage diagnostics.
Custom theme development, server administration, CDN configuration and restoring merchant backups are not included. Your hosting provider may need to configure storage protection.
Prepare a useful report
- ProofFlow, WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions.
- Apache or Nginx, any CDN, and whether HPOS is enabled.
- The exact visible error and steps to reproduce with harmless sample files.
Do not send customer artwork, passwords, cookies, private URLs or unredacted logs. The private source repository is not a public customer support channel.
